100gr of “Crema di Cannellini” Legucrem
80 gr of slices of Lucanian blade shoulder pork
q.s. of thyme
q.s. of cereal bread croutons
Cook the blade shoulder pork slices in a very hot pan, to have a roasted effect. Dice the slices and put aside.
Dilute and heat the beans cream with the peeled thyme, as soon as it reaches about 80 c° add the blade shoulder pork cubes.
Serve with a drizzle of Evo oil and with cereal bread croutons
